Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead one of two teams in the Facilities group to maintain our 19 buildings and support over 1,100 employees in the Logan area, as well as 3 storage facilities and a hangar at the airport. The selected candidate will lead a team of facilities assistants, technicians, and technologists to support lab operations in a variety of trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wood working, painting, and carpentry. In addition, the facilities team often works closely with engineers to support a variety of program needs.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 15+ years of experience with planning and supporting the coordination and administration of maintenance and facilities tasks, services, and repairs
- Advanced understanding of electrical, plumbing, framing, HVAC systems, and controls in both standard design as well as the construction of closed space
- Must have ability to read and understand architectural construction drawing, engineering plans, and facility design packages
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or other U.S. person
- Experience in personnel supervision, professional development, motivation, and effective communication
- Experience in packaging, crating, load management, and transit
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
